How much money?
All free. The vast majority of Romanians have very little money. We are here to demonstrate that even to Westerners, money is not everything. In the future a society where monetary wealth is less sought after, should be a society which can do more to protect the environment and reduce its impact on the planet. The aim is to increase quality of life while reducing the need to earn money to survive. This doesn’t mean you can’t make money. If what you do is ethical, has a positive effect on the planet and happens to be profitable, then we will all gain.
We may be able to give you some initial funding to get your plans off the ground, but it is assumed that the source of the majority of funding will be the EU. Most of the ideas above would come under one or other of the EU funds put at the disposal of Romania to develop the economy along sustainable lines, see for example www.inforegio.ro.
